Birdellis believe the best way to be a successful Head-hunter or Recruiter is to put Networking first as a business practice. Traditional recruitment agencies are unable to do this because they operate a business model whereby weekly targets of vacancies and interviews must be met so they can predict how many placements they will make.
The vast majority of their candidates will be sourced from adverts. Adverts are not the best way to attract the top talent.
It is our experience that recruiting is a by-product of Networking and not the other way around. Therefore we make it our business to not actively sell our services unless invited to do so. This gives us access to most high caliber professionals because they know that they will not have the pressure of being sold recruitment services.
Birdellis' network is currently strongest in Europe but continues to grow all over the world where Betting & Gaming is allowed. We concentrate on meeting middle to senior management professionals who are operators or suppliers within the Land Based or On-Line Betting & Gaming Industry. In addition to this our network is strong within the Retail and Interactive Technology market place as these enjoy tremendous synergies with our Industry.
