UNIQUE CANDIDATES - Candidates submitted by Bird Ellis will typically not be responding to adverts or be available through agencies; the best chance of seeing them is through Executive Sourcing.

CONTINGENCY BASIS - Fee payable on success only.

CONFIDENTIAL AND DISCREET SERVICE - In our business confidentiality is imperative, neither party (client or candidate) will know the identity of the other until a meeting is arranged.

EVERY QUALIFIED CANDIDATE CAN BE APPROACHED - Our methods potentially give a client access to any candidate in the market-place.

TIME SAVING - We only submit two or three candidates that are an accurate match to the specification of the client.

NO COMPETITION - Historically the candidates that we introduce have been approached for our client's specific opportunity; they are not actively looking in the market-place, hence when an offer is made they will not be considering other offers. In the event an actively looking candidate is introduced they are carefully screened to ensure sincere interest in the opportunity.

OFFER MADE SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE - We feel it only fair that a client should make an offer if it will be accepted, hence we will only recommend an offer is made if a candidate has indicated that they will accept.

RESIGNATION AND COUNTER OFFER - candidates are assisted with their resignation and are helped on how to handle a counter-offer from their existing employer.

CANDIDATE LIAISON - We keep in regular contact with placed candidates once they have commenced with their new employer. This has proved of great benefit in the past, as we are able to recognise and rectify any potential difficulties long before they become insurmountable, thus ensuring a smooth transition.
